Filling rope manufacturing line adopts programmable logic control (that is PLC mode) to realize the line's synchronal running and the independent operation, which can realize the production operation, the warning display, the line's emergency and other functions.

Filling rope producing line elevation
1. Filling rope extruding line delivery on time.
2. Filling rope making machine commissioning: when machine completed, the commissioning shall be conducted in our factory with buyer examination.
3. Filling rope coating line installation: we will send our engineers if the buyer wants the support to install our machine in his/her factory, all expenses will be borne by the buyer.
4. Guarantee period: The guarantee period is one year after filling rope manufacturing machine commissioning. During guarantee period, the seller shall be responsible for the replacement of any spare parts for free due to the quality problem.
Advantage of optic fiber communication technology.
Low loss, long-distance relay current, practical optical fiber communication systems using multiple quartz fiber, such fiber loss can be less than 0.2db/km, so that the transmission loss less than any other transmission medium losses, therefore the composition of its relay from the optical fiber communication system than other media to form a system much longer.
If in the future use of non-quartz system, very low-loss optical fiber, the theoretical analysis of the lower loss can be reduced. This means that through the optical fiber communication systems can span greater distances without repeaters, for a long-distance transmission line, due to reduction in the number of relay stations, system cost and complexity can be greatly reduced. At present, the compostion of the silica fiber optical communication system has a maximum range up to 200 relay km, from the non-quartz system composed of very low loss optical fiber communication system to a few kilometers, this communication system for reducing costs, improving reliability and stability of particular importance.
