Loose tube production line (secondary coating line) suitable for extruding loose tube in which 2~12 optical fibers are contained. The extruding material can be PBT or PE. Loose tubes have excellent surface quality and uniform diameter size.
Loose tube making line adopts industrial computer and programmable logic control (that is IPC+PLC mode) to realize the line's synchronal running and the independent operation. The production operation and the parameter set and display are carried out through the industrial computer. The production state collection and progress control are realized on PLC. The computer communicates with PLC, which can realize the production operation, the warning display, the line's emergency and other functions.
